Do We Ship Worldwide?

In-order to see if you qualify for shipping, please proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping address. We apologize if we do not yet ship to your country, however we are working hard to expand our services worldwide.  

How long does UK shipping take?

You can expect you order from our West London PHANTOM warehouse within 2-3 days after receiving your tracking number (1-3 day handling time). 

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class signed for.   

Returns Policy

Exchange and Refunds will be given up to 7 days from when the order is received. Items must be sent back with original tags and receipt and must be in resalable condition. Any items worn or damaged upon return will not be credited with a refund unless received faulty on our behalf. We may ask for photographic evidence before return. All returns are senders responsibility and are advised to use an insured tracked service to ensure safe return. Shipping and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Sale items cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
